push bike

Idea for a modern push bike for tots..

The first 3 are color versions of one type where there is two wheels and the body/frame is doubled up on each side, held together by the wheels, seat, and handle.. the third is single body/frame with 4 wheels.. it would stand on its own..
This is an idea of some scale and maybe what it could take up on a 4x8 sheet of poly..

loll racer home

Here is an updated version with new helmet..

This one now has the new style helmet with no visor and i flipped the background so its more legible..

Here is an alternate that pushes more of the "NEW" aspect..

Couple quick ideas for the Racer teaser on the homepage.. We maybe need to say something about it being new though too?..

Cabrio Box

New design for the Cabrio Box. Basically there is an outside wrap and die cut inserts that you pile up to make a solid secure box.. So the idea is.. you'd lay down the "box" first.. it would be flat with scored lines that will eventually make a box but flat at first.. then you'd grab 2 pieces of die cut double wall material and puzzle in the cabrio pieces for that layer.. then repeat for 3-4 layers till everything is in a nice tidy frame.. Then the "back cover" gets folded up and over the neatly compiled pieces and is easily stapled along the 3 open edges to hold everything totally secure.. So the plan then would be that there would be a back and a front to this box.. which will save us lots of money on the printing.. So we'd print one "broad" side.. and all the edges and the back side would be left for stapling and shipping information

You're seeing the "box" underneath laid open and the tiers of die cut packaging with the pieces puzzled into the tiers..
Here you're seeing the "box" underneath still laid open, but now all the layers are lined up so that the box can wrap around the set and be stapled shut..

With the sides folded up and in the main "back flap" wraps all the way across the package and is ready to be stapled directly on the three open sides..

Designer Base

Here are a couple of ideas for the designer base.. The first one would be made out of stainless steel/aluminum and tier up the boards. the second two could be made from Richlite or HDPE.. The first idea would be to use 3/8 inch richlite and engrave grooves not all the way through, but most of the way through the board to create base that would hold the boards up like the stands we did for the tradeshows... The second one we could use 1/4 inch Richlite and put feet on it so it holds the stand up a bit.. so basically the boards are resting on the countertop and the stand is just holding them from falling down.. Should still have somewhat of a tiered look just because you'd look at it from above.. the taller you are, the more tiered it would look..

Stainless Steel/Aluminum Base: Would be made to tier.. I'm not positive on full fabrication
