Cabrio Box

New design for the Cabrio Box. Basically there is an outside wrap and die cut inserts that you pile up to make a solid secure box.. So the idea is.. you'd lay down the "box" first.. it would be flat with scored lines that will eventually make a box but flat at first.. then you'd grab 2 pieces of die cut double wall material and puzzle in the cabrio pieces for that layer.. then repeat for 3-4 layers till everything is in a nice tidy frame.. Then the "back cover" gets folded up and over the neatly compiled pieces and is easily stapled along the 3 open edges to hold everything totally secure.. So the plan then would be that there would be a back and a front to this box.. which will save us lots of money on the printing.. So we'd print one "broad" side.. and all the edges and the back side would be left for stapling and shipping information

You're seeing the "box" underneath laid open and the tiers of die cut packaging with the pieces puzzled into the tiers..
Here you're seeing the "box" underneath still laid open, but now all the layers are lined up so that the box can wrap around the set and be stapled shut..

With the sides folded up and in the main "back flap" wraps all the way across the package and is ready to be stapled directly on the three open sides..
